Grain Elevator Station Scramble

Suitable for: 4th through 12th grade
Description: Upon arrival, students will be divided into groups of 3-6 and each student will be given a Grain Elevator Station Scramble Packet. Within their small groups, students will move through six stations within the elevator. Each station will include activities, demonstrations, and information about what elevator tasks were performed there. At the end, students use what they have learned about each of the stations to determine the sequence of events in elevator operation.
